I never actually planned to start a catering business…
But I’ve always loved food. Food is my love language.
And here we are five years, hundreds of events, and a whole lot of platter boards later.
Let me tell you how it all began…
I have memories of baking 100 cookies with my Nan over a weekend and others of forcing my brother to eat everything I made… (he was the family taste tester, he had no choice).
But that’s where it all started, falling in love with making food and feeding people.
One random drive, one local village event sign, and suddenly I was emailing the organisers saying I’d cater. Cut to my parents’ kitchen: I made a ridiculous amount of chilli. On the day? Chaos. People were queueing up, there wasn’t enough room to heat it all, someone had to run home and grab a camping stove…
I was eating leftover chilli for weeks. But I LOVED every second. That was the moment I knew I was onto something. (Want the full chilli story? Sign up to the newsletter!)
2020
Started slowly building a brand that combined my nutrition knowledge, personal experience with food intolerances, and obsession with making people feel special through food.

Eventually, I studied Nutrition at university, adding some science and know-how to my passion for food. I learned how to create food that not only tastes amazing, but actually makes people feel good, too.
Moved into a rented house and kept working from the kitchen at home. It wasn’t ideal! A single oven, minimal workspace, fridges and freezers lined up next to the TV in the lounge…
But I made it work. Bought my first refrigerated van too, which meant I could finally take on bigger events (without squeezing boxes into the back of my car).
2023
(me at my first event)??
Outgrew my home setup and moved into my very own dedicated kitchen space. (The photo with me and the keys? That was a BIG day!)
2024
Bought my second van and had it wrapped in pink! (my fave colour, as you can tell) We also started working with brands like Meta and Amazon, which was a huge milestone.
2025
Now I even have staff! We cater for private and corporate clients, host gorgeous weddings and office events, and drop off weekly platter orders across the region.
It’s wild how far we’ve come…but this is just the beginning.
